Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Specialist to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover. This role will provide support to 2 Global Manufacturing Engineering Directors, responsible for delivering a range of administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities with excellent execution skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach. They will also possess excellent communication skills across departments and technologies within GME, both written and spoken.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow and develop their career within a dynamic and innovative company like Jaguar Land Rover. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support to 2 Global Manufacturing Engineering Directors.
  • Deliver a range of administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and take care of all travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Compile daily files and approvals in a timely and quality manner.
  • Provide direction to Directors on priorities and manage emails and tasks until complete.
