Job Title: Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Autism Support Specialist to join our team at NYKays Recruitment Ltd.

Salary:£28,000 - £38,000 per annum

Job Description:

In this rewarding role, you will work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other Special Educational Needs, providing individualized support to help them reach their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with teachers to develop personalized learning plans for students with ASD and SEN
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with ASD and SEN
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe and supportive learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Special Educational Needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
