Education Support Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team of experts in supporting children's education in Trafford.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Teaching Assistant, holding a Level 2 / Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, and a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
As an Education Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to children in Early Years to Key Stage 2, promoting their educational development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with varying learning needs
- Assist teachers in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
- Conduct small group activities and interventions to support student learning
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
