Job Summary:

The Workshop is seeking a highly driven and tenacious Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Internal Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling our product range, expanding business with existing electrical wholesalers, and encouraging repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and source opportunities to create a consistent pipeline, increasing brand awareness in the electrical wholesale industry, and gaining new customers and sales via proactive daily calls.
  • Account Management: Provide competitive quotations and technical support for UK manufactured products, liaising with line managers regarding project lead times and deliveries, and providing excellent and professional customer service to all clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Collate pricing, products, and market feedback, and provide weekly reporting on project forecast.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A track record of account management and internal sales, with business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Skills: Highly driven, tenacious sales person, great communicator at all levels, able to manage and motivate yourself to produce results, conscientious and personable approach, ambitious and thrive on success, eager to learn and adopt new skills, and able to work within a team daily while maintaining own daily targets.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission structure.
  • Holidays: 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
