Compliance Specialist
As a Compliance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the onboarding of candidates while ensuring the acquisition and maintenance of essential compliance documentation in accordance with client specifications and prevailing regulations.

This position necessitates a thorough understanding of compliance protocols, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and enforce these standards internally by collaborating with consultants and management in a professional manner.

You will oversee the daily onboarding of contract candidates, ensuring that contract requests are monitored and processed promptly, adhering to client expectations and industry best practices.

Your duties will include authorizing placements for payment and invoicing, as well as making necessary amendments and updates to placement records, while addressing any inquiries related to compliance standards and placements.

Additionally, you will be tasked with evaluating operational processes and discussing any potential improvements with the Compliance Manager or Team Leader.

Moreover, you will cultivate and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's database and its functionalities, while actively monitoring, pursuing, verifying, and processing compliance and contractual documentation.

Collaboration with various departments within shared services will be essential, and you will also participate in the training of new team members. This role offers numerous opportunities for involvement, allowing you to broaden your career trajectory.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office setting, with a proven ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
