We are seeking a Lead Technical Support Specialist to take on a vital role within our technical support team.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver advanced technical assistance for business clients.

In this role, you will also guide and mentor a small group of support representatives while overseeing team performance metrics through a ticket management system.

You excel at assisting clients with their technical inquiries, diagnosing issues, and efficiently resolving potential hardware and software challenges (primarily focused on PC and server support, hardware components, and software - predominantly Windows 11). The assistance you provide will be through various communication methods, including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in managing B2B technical inquiries within a Technical Support Helpdesk environment or Managed Service Provider is essential.

A genuine enthusiasm for technology paired with robust IT knowledge and relevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Server.

A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
