About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Sales team at Stepstone UK. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships and ensuring their success.
  • Business Development: Conduct targeted research to identify opportunities and understand client needs, devising customized strategies accordingly.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster customer growth and revenue generation.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, assess, and report on client performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business and cultivating and expanding an account base to drive sales growth.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional skills in managing and nurturing client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and track progress.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, and a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively.
