We are seeking compassionate and proactive Care Assistants who are committed to improving the lives of those we support. In this role, you will assist individuals in gaining independence in their daily routines while collaborating with a dynamic team. Our supported living service in Norwich provides a warm and friendly atmosphere where every day presents new opportunities.

As a Care Assistant, you will enhance the lives of those we support by teaching essential life skills, assisting with personal care, and encouraging community engagement through social activities. One day, you might accompany individuals on shopping trips or nature walks, while the next could involve relaxing together with films or outings. We value both experience and the right attitude in our Care Assistants. Therefore, candidates should possess a full UK driving license, demonstrate resilience, flexibility, and composure, and have experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practices, particularly with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
