As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient stock management, maintaining inventory levels, and facilitating the movement of goods between our warehouse and sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast supply and demand to prevent stock imbalances
  • Enter purchase details into our internal databases
  • Place orders to replenish stock items as needed
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee product storage, particularly for fragile items
  • Maintain inventory audits on a regular basis
  • Liaise with internal teams and warehouse manager to support sales operations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years of experience in stock management, preferably in Luxury Retail
  • Excellent organizational skills and fluency in English
  • Familiarity with supply chain procedures and good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software
