Internal Sales Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Advisor to join our Sales Team in Bidford-on-Avon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts of wholesalers in over 50 countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships by providing exceptional service and building rapport.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through client visits, trade exhibitions, and network events.
  • Process orders efficiently, keeping customers informed about ETA's.
  • Gain in-depth industry knowledge and customer base expertise.
  • No cold calling required; focus on existing and dormant customers.
  • Effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
  • Confidently visit clients and present products.
Requirements:
  • Technical sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and be proactive.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
