About the Role

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Trainee Sales Executive to join their team. As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, and maximize existing ones, to drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data entry, and process orders efficiently, to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report to colleagues and senior managers, providing regular updates on sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year's experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Proactivity: A proactive and positive approach, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
  • Telemarketing Experience: Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is highly desirable, but not essential.
