About the Role

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities, maximizing existing opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Client Engagement: Attend client visits, trade exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate data input and order processing to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to colleagues and senior managers on sales performance and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year's experience in customer service or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Proactivity: A proactive approach to sales and customer service, with a strong focus on driving business growth and exceeding targets.
  • Telemarketing Experience: Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is highly desirable, but not essential.
