Responsibilities Oversee the Direct & MOH costs at the site, ensuring accurate reporting and variance analysis against the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Conduct month-end reporting of Direct & MOH costs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in decision-making. Collaborate with the Business Partner to achieve site finance objectives. Prepare balance sheets to validate month-end figures. Manage Accounts Payable for Raw Materials procurement at the site, with a budget of $15 million. Act as the Site MyBuy Superuser, providing guidance and support. Participate in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Management (QCDM) meetings. Ensure compliance with Global Control Standards (GCS) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. Maintain control over the Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) report, ensuring no entries exceed 121 days. Address any additional finance administrative tasks as required. Qualifications

Essential:

Experience in Purchase Ledger. Proficient in Excel. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and error detection skills. Capability to navigate multiple systems. Results-driven with the ability to perform under pressure. Strong prioritization skills.
