Job Summary


Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with Lincoln & York as we support them in their search for a Finance Business Partner to be based at their head office site.


Lincoln & York is a leading manufacturer and supplier of coffee, with a strong presence in the market. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by a strong leadership team and a commitment to innovation.


The Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth and success. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience of working in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the optimisation of financial systems and processes, including the implementation of new ERP and BI systems.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision making, including the analysis of financial and business data.
  • Develop and implement standard costing methodology throughout the organisation.
  • Support the Sales and Operations teams in new business development and commercial pricing, planning and forecasting.
  • Provide analysis of factory performance and recommend improvements.
  • Lead in process development and working with management to drive meaningful insights and control to support and influence business performance.
  • Support, drive, and lead projects as required to deliver business improvement, including finance-led initiatives.


Requirements


  • Naturally inquisitive with a mind set to ask why.
  • A desire to get involved and make things happen.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytically minded with the ability to turn data into insight and action.
  • Experience and understanding of process manufacturing and standard costing methodology.
  • Good knowledge and experience of ERP and reporting systems.
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience.
  • Manufacturing sector experience is desirable.
