**What You Will Do**:

Main Responsibilities:_**
- Monitor the support desk for new tickets during business hours
- Qualify tickets as assigned with the client to ensure that the issue has been described as clearly as possible.
- Prioritise tickets based upon urgency and impact.
- Resolve tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements / Contract terms where the analyst has the skills to do so.
- Reassign tickets to an appropriate consultant (technical or functional).
- Escalate tickets with issues to an appropriate person within the team.
- Maintain and facilitate communications between Baker Tilly and the customer.

Qualifications:
**_ Mandatory Qualifications:_**
- Ability to work in the **UK** without sponsorship required (now or in the future)
- Experience developing in SQL, or in administering an SQL Database.
- Ideally qualified to MCSA level in an SQL track.
- Able to support end users with technical issues.
- Able to provide support to the Technical Consulting Team.
- Experience of supporting end users is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office-based systems such as MS Office.

**_ Desired Qualifications:_**
- Minimum of two (2) years of IFS ERP system implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the following areas: Data Migration, Custom Objects, Custom Events, IFS Connect, Reporting; Security.
- Hands-on experience with IFS Development Studio and IFS Cloud Build Place would be preferred.
- Experience working in a cloud environment with Kubernetes would be advantageous.
