About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant Trainee to join our Finance Team at Endurance Doors - part of Rocal Group. As a Management Accountant Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial reporting and providing insightful operational analysis to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Reporting

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track the company's financial health via weekly departmental KPI packs.

Management Information

Prepare and develop management information to support with driving understanding and company performance.

Data Analysis

Ensure timely and accurate data to assist with the weekly KPI reporting and production and presentation of the monthly budget reports.

WIP Methodologies

Calculate and monitor appropriate WIP methodologies across the business.

Profitability Analysis

Conduct profitability analysis for different business segments and services, projects, or departments to support strategic decision-making.

Collaboration

Collaborate with department heads to gather financial information, assess budget variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization across the business.

Requirements
  1. Qualifications

CIMA qualified, part qualified, or hold comparable experience.

Experience

Experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as Excel and financial software.

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Teamwork

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
