Job Summary:

E3 Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join a globally leading chemical manufacturing company in Lincolnshire. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in contributing to capital improvement projects throughout their lifecycle, from conception to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer engineering expertise and guidance throughout all stages of the site capital program, from inception to completion.
  • Generate design deliverables for capital project design basis, HAZOP, LOPA, and datasheets.
  • Assist the operations teams in ensuring the ongoing safe operation of the production plant.
  • Identify prospective improvement projects in line with the company's Safe, Quality, Low Cost, Sustainable Tonnes (SQLCST) strategy.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of safety issues, equipment, and industry-wide standards.
  • Collaborate with operators and the operations day team to commission and implement projects.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior members of the department while peer reviewing and approving their work output.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should hold a degree, ideally be chartered, possess a minimum of 6 years' process engineering experience, and demonstrate expertise in both batch and continuous improvements, preferably in Upper Tier COMAH sites.
  • Showcase proven knowledge of process design, calculations, specifications, and commissioning.
