About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpentry and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Mears. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties, undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry, and providing high levels of customer care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties
- Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix Carpentry
- Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – hanging doors, skirting, architraves, fixing windows / doors, lock changes, repairing worktops, kitchen units etc
- Providing high levels of customer care at all times
Requirements:
- Experience in Carpentry with basic plumbing knowledge
- Social housing experience
- A UK full valid driving license
