We're seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team at TricorBraun, a global leader in packaging solutions. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to manage inside sales activities, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on packaging solutions and driving new project developments forward.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with external sales teams to address customer inquiries and drive new business opportunities.
Oversee and direct weekly follow-ups on active projects and customer queries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Utilize your organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, is essential for this role.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
