  • Assist the external sales team with general inquiries and drive new project developments.
  • Oversee and direct weekly follow-ups on all active projects and queries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Utilize your organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ERP packages, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, is a must.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
