Accounts Payable Clerk Role

At Absolute Solutions Group, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and managing the accounts payable inbox. Key responsibilities include processing high volumes of invoices, managing the accounts payable inbox, performing monthly statement reconciliations, resolving invoice queries, and building strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Key Responsibilities:
• Process high volumes of invoices, matching to purchase orders
• Manage the accounts payable inbox
• Perform monthly statement reconciliations
• Resolve invoice queries and build strong supplier relationships
• Assist with supplier payments and set up new credit accounts
• General admin tasks and cover for the Credit Controller
