Your Role
Your primary goal will be to manage inside sales activities, ensuring our customers master the complex details of packaging. You'll serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for any information required by the customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the external sales team with general enquiries and drive new project developments forward.
- Oversee and direct weekly follow-up on all active projects and queries.
- Develop strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Organize and prioritize tasks under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with ERP packages, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
- Microsoft Suite product knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
