Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team at Pan Pacific London. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service on the floor, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high levels of service on the floor, ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
  • Liaise with security to streamline the guest entrance process, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of guests.
  • Greet, seat, and host guests, take and deliver orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Explain the menu and answer any questions related to it, ensuring guests have a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Train the team and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistently high levels of service.
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in maximizing income potential and controlling overheads.
  • Be manager on duty when required, managing the cash up, guest complaints, maintaining the atmosphere, and overseeing a shift.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
