Your primary focus will be promoting Solar and Battery PV solutions to potential customers, helping them understand the benefits of renewable energy, and converting interest into sales. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company within an impactful industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound calls to customers who have already expressed an interest in Solar & Battery PV solutions through our highly successful internal marketing campaigns (Hot leads).
* Follow a proven, step-by-step sales process that includes rapport building, fact-finding and performing remote surveys with the objective of either closing a sale or scheduling an appointment for one of our field sales representatives to carry out a home survey.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our custom-built CRM system, ensuring that data is up-to-date and properly managed.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and appointment-setting targets.
Key Requirements:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Driven and enthusiastic, motivated to drive sales and exceed targets.
* Previous telesales experience is preferred however other sales experience will be considered.
Attractive Package:
* Basic Salary: £25,000 + OTE up to £45,000+ (per annum)
* Holidays: 31 days (including bank holidays)
* Working Hours: Mon -Thurs: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM, Fri: 9:30 AM 3:00 PM
