Job Title: Renewable Energy Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Sales Professional to join our team at Gen Tech Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting sales leads, meeting with prospective customers, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and financial goals.
* Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and energy independence.
* Conduct initial consultations to assess the customers' property and suitability for solar installation.
* Analyze energy usage, roof condition, shading, and other factors that impact the performance of a solar installation.
* Develop customized proposals that meet the customers' needs and budget.
* Present proposals to customers, explaining the technical and financial aspects of the solar system.
* Close sales by guiding customers through the contract signing process.
* Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally within the renewable industry.
* Full UK driving license.
* Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

What We Offer:

* Competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE) plus commission.
