As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about business development, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect research and outreach to identify new business opportunities
  • Client relationship management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Report writing and proposal development to support business growth
  • Proofreading and editing of marketing materials to ensure high-quality output
  • Calendar management to coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and program teams to achieve quarterly targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others
