Job Overview:

The position of Integrity Compliance Regulatory Reporting Manager encompasses a diverse range of duties focused on ensuring that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory standards while maintaining ethical practices and effectively managing risks. Below is a detailed outline of the primary responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and oversee the scope of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
  • Formulate, implement, and supervise project plans to achieve program goals.
  • Set priorities and convert stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Direct risk and compliance efforts, including risk evaluations, regulatory interactions, control development, issue resolution, and audits.
  • Create and execute compliance frameworks, tools, and transparency reporting systems.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on integrity matters, facilitating communication between GRC, legal, regulatory entities, and business units.
  • Build and sustain risk and compliance infrastructure, which includes operational models, risk documentation, control frameworks, and reporting protocols.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with internal standards and is appropriately archived.
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments affecting the organization and translate these into actionable project strategies.
  • Guarantee that the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Establish effective communication channels with Integrity stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and timely project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to convey project updates and influence decision-making.
  • Monitor key program metrics, identify significant deviations, and implement corrective measures.
  • Identify deficiencies in strategy, systems, and processes, proposing enhancements to support scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive impactful initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with necessary legal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present information to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Occasional travel may be required to support business operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in areas such as trust and safety, content policy, transparency reporting, governance, compliance, or risk management.
  • Experience in Integrity or Trust and Safety practices, with a minimum of 3 years in program management within a corporate setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with risk assessments, transparency reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Significant experience in a corporate environment subject to federal or industry-wide audits.
  • Knowledge of global content regulations, content moderation, and internet trust and safety practices.
  • Background in technology, financial services, consulting, or related fields, with experience in information security or cybersecurity.
