Position Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, your main duties will involve performing compliance assessments, managing customer grievances, addressing inquiries, and aiding in the formulation of operational processes and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the Compliance team to address complaints, oversee compliance initiatives, and assist in policy formulation.

- Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP)
