Job Title: Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring Officer

Business Function: Compliance and Risk Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance and Monitoring Officer to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our Compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular monitoring and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze risk and identify areas for improvement to support the development of effective compliance strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance-related initiatives and ensure seamless integration with business operations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and report any compliance issues or concerns to senior management and take corrective action as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a compliance or risk management role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Subject matter expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
