Job Overview

As a Bar Manager at RAI, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage a team of bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  2. Develop and implement strategies to maintain inventory levels and optimize supply chain management
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  4. Design and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in bars or restaurants
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on employee development and retention
  3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
