About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks to ensure clients' homes remain safe and comfortable.
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Warm and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and client needs.
  • Basic knowledge of care principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and develop skills further.
