We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide essential support with daily activities, including personal care, to ensure our clients feel comfortable, respected, and well-cared for.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks that make life easier and more enjoyable for our clients.
  • Be a trusted friend and companion to our clients, sharing stories, enjoying hobbies together, and offering comfort and companionship.
  • Work in a warm and familiar environment where our clients feel safe, secure, and surrounded by the things they love.
  • Assist with transportation and outings to help our clients maintain their independence and enjoy their favourite activities.
