We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks to ensure clients' homes remain safe and comfortable.
- Accompany clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
- Engage in conversations and activities that bring joy and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of each client.
Requirements
