- Telephone and Email Management: Answer and redirect incoming calls, take accurate messages, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Office Administration: Assist with general office administration, including building access control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
- Event Support: Assist with preparing for marketing events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Previous Office Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
