Role Overview:

Our Health & Social Care division is seeking a dedicated Social Work Recruiter to spearhead social worker recruitment efforts within our established client network. The ideal candidate will be tasked with cultivating new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships.

As social care relies heavily on repeat business, the ability to build and maintain relationships will be crucial to your success. Expect to spend significant time engaging with client contacts and supply staff both over the phone and in person. A sales-oriented mindset will be essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging with both new and existing clients.
  • Conducting client visits to assess their needs and demonstrate how we can assist them.
  • Attracting social care professionals who align with client requirements and values.
  • Utilizing job boards, social media, and our website for advertising.
  • Interviewing candidates and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
  • Fulfilling client vacancies on both supply and contract bases.

Qualifications for Success:

  • A solid background in recruitment or sales.
  • Experience with compliance and an understanding of specific compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary markets.
  • Ability to manage high-volume workloads.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in working under pressure.
