We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Social Care Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a key member of our Health & Care - Qualified Social Work division, you will be responsible for leading on social worker recruitment with our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and engage with new and existing businesses to develop new business opportunities and maintain current clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Visit clients to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract social care professionals that are matched to the clients' requirements and ethos.
- Marketing and Advertising: Advertise on job boards, social media, and our website to attract top talent.
- Candidate Management: Interview all candidates and obtain necessary documentation.
- Vacancy Filling: Fill client vacancies on a supply and contract basis.
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in recruitment/sales, with experience in compliance and understanding compliance-specific requirements.
- Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly temp markets, and the ability to work with high volume workloads and tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels and work under pressure.
- Competitive Salary: An excellent basic salary and high commission structure up to 22%.
