Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Work Recruiter to lead on social worker recruitment with our existing client base. The successful candidate will need to develop new business opportunities and maintain current clients.

This role requires strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on repeat business. You will spend a significant amount of time on the phone and meeting with clients and supply staff face-to-face. A sales-focused approach is essential to stand out in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with new and existing businesses
  • Visit clients to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them
  • Attract social care professionals matched to client requirements and ethos
  • Advertise on job boards, social media, and our website
  • Interview candidates and obtain necessary documentation
  • Fulfill client vacancies on a supply and contract basis
Requirements
  • Proven track record in recruitment/sales
  • Experience in compliance and understanding compliance-specific requirements
  • Understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly temp markets
  • Ability to work with high-volume workloads and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure
