Role Overview:
Our Health & Care division is in search of a Social Work Recruiter to spearhead social worker recruitment for our established client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
As social care relies heavily on repeat business, building and maintaining relationships will be crucial to your success. This role will involve significant communication with both client contacts and supply staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with new and existing businesses.
- Conduct client visits to assess their needs and demonstrate how we can assist them.
- Attract social care professionals aligned with client requirements and values.
- Advertise vacancies on job boards, social media, and our website.
- Interview candidates and gather necessary documentation.
- Fill client vacancies on both supply and contract bases.
Qualifications:
