Role Overview

FRAME Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead - Architecture to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Architecture recruitment team and driving business growth through strategic recruitment initiatives.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Lead - Architecture, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters and developing strategies to attract top talent in the Architecture industry. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of recruiters to achieve business growth and revenue targets
* Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the Architecture industry
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
* Manage and develop a team of recruiters to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles

* A competitive salary package of circa £65,000 per annum, including base salary, uncapped commission, bonuses, team override, and a £400 monthly car allowance

* Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and revenue targets
* Strong recruitment and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic recruitment plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
