Job Overview

Main Duties of the Job

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative functions to managers, minute-taking of meetings, typing of letters, filing, diary management, and other general administrative duties. You will work as part of a team providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians, and other health professionals.

Greater Manchester Mental Health employs over 6,400 members of staff, delivering services from more than 160 locations. We provide inpatient and community-based mental health care for people living in Bolton, Manchester, Salford, Trafford, and Wigan, as well as specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester and beyond.

Person Specification
  • Typing/WP RSAII or equivalent or demonstrable experience.
  • Experience of working in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and Microsoft Office.
Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to operate and maintain filing systems.
