Customer Retention Coordinator

At Premier Group Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Coordinator to join our team. This exciting opportunity is for a large client of ours, where you will play a crucial role in developing, generating, and maintaining customer relationships through monitoring customer accounts and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve the company's retention practices
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions
  • Use data analysis to provide reports
  • Work with other teams to develop specific solutions
  • Develop content campaigns, email campaigns, and loyalty programs
  • Identify at-risk accounts

Key Skills:

  • Comfortable using CRM systems, with Bloomreach being a bonus
  • Experience working on e-commerce platforms
  • Background in retention or account e-commerce management
  • Ability to create segments and customer emails
  • Business marketing, e-commerce, and customer service skills are beneficial
