Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Premier Group Recruitment. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve customer relationships
* Analyze data to inform customer retention strategies and provide regular reports to stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer retention initiatives
* Develop and execute content campaigns, email campaigns, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement
* Identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to mitigate risk
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a retention or account management role, preferably in e-commerce
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Experience with CRM systems, preferably Bloomreach
* Strong business acumen, with a understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer behavior
