Job Title: Customer Loyalty Specialist

At Premier Group Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve our retention practices to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and preferences
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted solutions
  • Design and execute content campaigns, email campaigns, and loyalty programs
  • Identify and mitigate at-risk accounts

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Bloomreach a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in retention or account management, preferably in e-commerce
  • Ability to create targeted segments and customer emails
  • Business marketing, e-commerce, and customer service expertise
