LEGO Education Facilitator

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate LEGO Education Facilitator to become a part of our dynamic team at Cottrell Moore Ltd.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for both seasoned educators and those newly entering the field who are committed to providing exceptional LEGO Education (LE) experiences.


Your primary responsibilities will involve traveling to various educational institutions, including schools, colleges, universities, and STEM organizations throughout the UK and Ireland to conduct on-site training sessions.

  • A recognized teaching qualification
  • A strong enthusiasm for STEM education and a comprehensive understanding of its significance
  • Proven experience in delivering engaging and interactive training to diverse audiences
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • A motivating presence that encourages young individuals, especially girls, to engage more deeply with STEM
  • The capability to foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A creative and innovative mindset in utilizing LE resources
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, as travel across the UK and Ireland will be required, including potential overnight stays
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

LEGO Education Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Conducting on-site training for various organizations that have invested in LE resources.
  • Facilitating workshops that range from 90 minutes to full-day sessions, covering a broad spectrum of topics and age groups
  • Effectively presenting LE solutions for both educators and students, including demonstrations for events and student support activities.

Event Management Duties:

  • Taking a proactive role in planning, organizing, and overseeing LEGO Education-based school events, with involvement in similar initiatives across the UK.

Programme Development:

  • Collaborating with STEM organizations throughout the UK to create outreach and community engagement initiatives.
  • Engaging directly with organizations to comprehend specific objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Training participants on the effective utilization of LE materials
  • Conducting pilot workshops in educational settings and assessing their impact on students
