Key Responsibilities:

- Support young adults exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Maintain a calm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.

- Commit to full-time availability.
Role Expectations: The position entails providing support to students in the classroom, assisting them with their academic tasks and behavioral management. You will collaborate closely with teachers and other educational staff to ensure a comprehensive learning experience, enabling students to reach their full potential.
Availability: This is a full-time role, and candidates must be prepared to work the complete hours required to ensure stability for the students.

Eligibility Requirements: All applicants must have permanent residency and the right to work in the UK. Those currently residing outside the UK are advised not to apply, as applications cannot be processed. Compliance and Safeguarding: An enhanced DBS check on the update service is mandatory for all applicants. If you do not possess one, you will be required to apply for it through Teaching Personnel prior to commencing the role.
