Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements for client businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of financial statements for client businesses, including site visits, to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax computations and tax returns for client businesses and individuals as required, ensuring timely submission to HMRC.
- Client Portfolio Management: Maintain a client portfolio, including quoting, fee, and statutory deadline management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling telephone calls, correspondence, and other inquiries related to their accounts.
- Team Support: Train and support junior members of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to clients.
- Office Management: Contribute to office management meetings, providing input on workflow management, and working with other departments to deliver a comprehensive client service.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified by exams or experience in accountancy or a related field.
- Experience: Previous audit experience essential, with a strong background in financial services and compliance.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Xero, with a working knowledge of IT systems and software.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
- Benefits: 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, 4% pension contribution, and hybrid working available.
