About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements for client businesses, including audits and tax computations.
- Manage client portfolios, including quoting, fee, and statutory deadline management.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling telephone calls and correspondence from clients and HMRC.
- Manage appointments with clients for pre and post-year-end meetings.
- Train and support junior members of staff.
- Manage the accounts production workflow as part of the office management team.
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to provide a comprehensive client service.
Requirements:
- Previous audit experience is essential.
- Qualified by exams or experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in dealing with clients in person.
- IT skills, with working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Xero.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.
- A hybrid working arrangement with the option to work from home.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
- 4% pension contribution.
