We are excited to present an opportunity to collaborate with one of our esteemed Public Sector clients in a Temporary capacity as a Recordals Specialist.

Compensation: £13.09 per hour
Full-Time: 37 Hours Per Week (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review all newly submitted Trade mark recordal forms along with their associated legal documents to confirm compliance with the legal standards for submission (in accordance with the Trade Marks Act and Rules).

2. Assess all newly filed Design recordal forms and their accompanying legal documentation to ensure adherence to our legal filing requirements (following the Registered Designs Act and Rules).

3. Diligently update the relevant registers with the information provided on the forms or ensure that any deficiencies or anomalies are communicated to the customer through formal correspondence, addressing all issues and proposing solutions where applicable.

4. Clearly articulate, both verbally and in writing, the rationale behind decisions made in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in the information received.

5. Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and provide constructive guidance to maintain a high standard of customer service. Document the content of calls and annotate cases as necessary.

6. Participate in a rota system to address emails sent to the group Recordals Email Account within a 24-hour timeframe.

7. Once adequately trained, engage in responding to calls and emails for our information center and assist other teams as required.

This position requires a Basic DBS check.
