About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Coordinator to join our Conference & Banqueting Office on a permanent basis. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective contract handover with the Event Sales team.
  • Assist clients in organizing event details, providing logistical and operational advice.
  • Communicate event details to relevant departments in a timely manner.
  • Attend precon and debrief meetings with clients.
  • Be present on event days to introduce clients to the operations team and ensure a smooth handover.
