Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Advancement. As a key member of our Water Sector team, you will play a vital role in shaping our business development and water engineering strategies.

About the Role:

  • Lead and direct teams in the development of technical design solutions for water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems.
  • Manage projects and programmes to deliver high-quality results, meeting key milestones and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated design solutions, both in the UK and internationally.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards in design, ensuring compliance with current UK design standards and working practices.
  • Grow and develop water engineering capability within the practice, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
